Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes(football, sprinters, kho kho) Recurrent episodes of lateral ankle sprain (1-3times) Functional ankle instability (FAI) score >5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthopedic surgery during previous 6 months Vestibular or balance disorder Recent fractures and dislocations Neurological impairment History of congenital orthopedic deformity of lower limb
