Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent school-going girls attained menarche 2. able to read and write as determined by study personnel 3. Participants willing to participate

Exclusion criteria: 1. Girls who are physically disabled and mentally challenged 2. The absence of students during Pre-test or Post-test
