Intervention1: Yogasanas and Breathing Exercises for 15 days before menstrual date for consecutive 2 months: Normal Breathing (15 cycles) Anulom Vilom (5 mins) Diaphragmatic Breathing (5 mins) Marja

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females between 18- 45-years Having regular menstrual cycles i.e., 24 to 35 days Females willing to participate in the study Luteal phase score shall be greater than 30 percent than the follicular phase in the Daily Record of Severity of Problems Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Pregnancy -Any diagnosed gynecological disease which are having same symptoms as of premenstrual syndrome -Gynecological surgery -Using any intrauterine devices or hormonal therapy -Pelvic pathology, pelvic inflammatory disease -Any Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Cardiological disease or disorders -Any pelvic floor inflammation -Any recent fracture
