Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age : young and middle-aged adult between age group 30-40 years having chronic low back pains (More than 3 months), Modified Oswestry low back pain disability index : moderate and severe, Pain intensity 4/10 and 8/10 according to NPRS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mechanical low back pains, Individuals who had undergone any surgery in past 3 months, Individuals with other structural problems such as scoliosis or ankylosing spondylosis, spondylolisthesis. Individuals with any other systematic diseases Such as neurological conditions.
