Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients presenting to our department who undergoes elective flexible ureterorenoscopy and uncomplicated semi rigid ureterorenoscopy are included in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute urinary tract infection. 2. Patients with known or suspected cancer bladder or any urologic malignancy. 3. Patients with neurogenic bladder 4. Patients developing post operative complications like retention of urine, incontinence, stricture disease. 5. Patients having bilateral stents 6. Patients with impacted stones with severe local edema and inflammation 7. Patients with stents crossing the midline 8. Patients having taken or now taking any medical treatment for BPH or OAB 9. Patients with vesical calculus
