Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 30 years Both genders Subjects who will be predicted with stroke risk score more than 6% in Stroke Riskometer tool. Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous stroke subjects Subjects with musculoskeletal deformities Subjects with epileptic cases Subjects with other neurological diseases.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Systolic blood pressure, Hba1c, lipid profile, BMI. Timepoint: Baseline, at mid-term 6th week and at the end of 12th week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cooper�s Run test and International Physical Activity Questionnaire. Timepoint: Baseline, at mid-term 6th week and at the end of 12th week.
