Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Apparently healthy individuals. 2)Patients with Chronic periodontitis. 3)Patients with minimum of 20 teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of cigarette smoking, alcohol intake and chewing tobacoo habits. 2. Previous history of any periodontal treatment before 6 months. 3. Pregnancy and lactating women 4. Under any medication that affect the periodontal status and lipid profile.
