Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling all the features of Rotterdamââ?¬•s criteria diagnosed as PCOS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Based on history and clinical records � H/O smoking � Diabetes mellitus � Hyperprolactinemia � Congenital adrenal hyperplasia � Androgen-secreting tumors � Thyroid disorders � Cushing syndrome (1 mg dexamethasone suppression test) � Infectious diseases � Hypertension � Hepatic or renal dysfunction. � Usage within 3 months before enrollment confounding medications, including oral contraceptive agents, antilipidemic drugs, hypertensive medications, and insulin-sensitizing drugs
