Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy elderly individuals willing to participate and with well controlled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension who can walk independently and carry out their daily activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly individuals with any musculoskeletal condition in upper limb or lower limb, neurological or psychiatric conditions or those who underwent any surgery within 6 months
