Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dreams that are recurrent, persisting over a period of time. Dreams that are vivid elaborate and etched in the memory. Dreams that leave a powerful emotional impact on the person either during or after their occurrence. Nightmares, Bad Dreams fitting in the DSM V criteria of Nightmare disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dreams in patients with Schizophrenia Dreams in patients with MR Dreams in patients with Dementia Dreams in patients with Alzheimers Disease patients on Psychotropic drugs, hallucinating substances.
