Intervention1: WLTH focus no: 3.5 gram sachet containing powdered herbal adaptogen blend will be mixed with 150 ml of luke warm water, and will be given once a day for 14 days Control Intervention1: P

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons with learning and cognitive issues related to stress will be included in the study, as per the diagnostic criteria of the problem.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hypertension, cardiac disorders, IBD, pregnancy and lactation, herb sensitivity and endocrine disorders
