Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children of 2.Children posted for General surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, urology and specialist paediatric surgery, surgical gastroenterology and oncosurgery in our institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal for participation in the study 2.patient shifted to PACU with early unanticipated deterioration requiring paediatric/neonatal intensive care

To assess postoperative incidence and details of adverse events in children less than 16 years and to identify areas to improve current clinical practice and outcomes. Timepoint: After surgery till the patient getting discharged from PACU.—
