Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with subgroup of cervical extension & rotation syndrome of neck pain Neck pain duration >3 months Subjects with NDI score of 20% or greater or NPRS score of >3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma like whiplash injury, fracture 1.Cervical disc pathology 2.Neurogenic pain 3.Any previous cervical surgery 4.Scoliosis 5.Injury to spinal cord or cervical myelopathy 6. Neoplasm 7. Systemic disease like Ankylosing Spondylitis, inflammatory Arthritis, Rhematoid Arthritis
