Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals with anterior knee pain participants having patella grinding test positive score of less than 5 on numeric pain rating scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent knee,upper and lower limb, spine surgeries knee and ankle ligament injuries joint effusion referred pain from hip joint or lumbar spine cardiovascular problems,systemic medical conditions,neurological problems
