Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants working in offices (desk-based jobs), who are willing to practice with the age of 25-38 year, with low physical activity based on international physical activity the questionnaire will be consider for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular or metabolic disorders, no menstruation or depression during the study period, no drugs altering the vascular function.

| Doppler ultrasound scan will be performed to determine the Velocity and artery diameter of the Carotid and superficial femoral artery. Further carotid and superficial femoral artery endothelial shear stress will be measured. A 7 TO 15 MHz multi-frequency linear array probe attached to a high resolution doppler machine will be used to note the readings obtained.Timepoint: During 0th hours,2nd hours and 4th hours of examination will be conducted in the duration of three weeks. | — |
