Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Track and field jumpers 2. Jumpers with recurrent ankle sprains or a feeling of "giving way" and instability sensation of the ankle joint 3. Repetitive history of ankle roll over/ twist 4. Age group between 18-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ankle fracture 2. History of back pain since 3months prior to study 3. Flat foot 4. Repetitive knee pain 5. Acute ankle sprain 6. Any visual vestibular somatosensory problems

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome is Y balance test Vertical Jump height plank test the outcome measures will be assessed before starting the intervention and after 4 weeks , after completing the interventionTimepoint: 4 weeks, 5 times a week.

Secondary
