Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients scheduled for elective open gynaecological cancer surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgeries 2.Hemodynamically unstable patient/ Post-operative ventilation planned. 3.Allergic to local anaesthetics 4.Carcinoma vulva-excision planned to do with inguinal incision ( not undergoing exploratory laparotomy).
