Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full term pregnant females aged 20-40 years All patients giving written informed consent will be taken American Society of Anesthesiologists Grade II physical status, Weighing between 60 kg - 80 kg, Height between 150 - 170 cm Body mass index between 26.6 kg/m2 -27.68 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those parturients in active labor, with placenta previa, multiple pregnancies, Oligohydramnios or polyhydramnios, pregnancy-induced hypertension, Intrauterine growth retardation, ruptured membranes, Significant medical or obstetric morbidity, obstructed labor, abnormal lie and presentation, and More than three previous caesarean deliveries, patients with spine deformities.
