Inclusion criteria: pregnant women having medical comorbidities undergoing cesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cesarean Section in which there is no medical comorbidity Pregnancy induced hypertensive patients (eclampsia, HELLP Syndrome) Anemia of mild and moderate degree
