Intervention1: Sildenafil: Sildenafil is prescribed as 25 mg twice daily orally for 3 months.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All pregnant women with single fetus with IUGR (Intrauterine Growth retardation)� � 2.Patients with a regular menstrual pattern before pregnancy� 3.Patients willing to give informed consent for the study and agreeing to follow up.� 4.Early onset or Late onset I.U.G.R� 5.Amniotic fluid index less than 10, pregnancy induced hypertension present / absent and booked cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with uncertain gestational age 2. Patients with known or suspected fetal anomalies 3. Pregnancies with obstetrical complications (intrauterine infection, bleeding, premature rupture of membranes) 4. When urgent delivery is indicated in patient of end diastolic flow 5.Usage of any vasodilator medications like hydralazine, nitrates etc. 6.Multiple gestation (twin pregnancy, triplet pregnancy etc.) 7.Smokers, drug or alcohol abusers 8.Pregnant women less than 18 years
