Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 13 to 60 years 2.All subjects should have dry ears at least for 6 weeks 3.Patient with small, medium, or large perforation 4.Normal eustachian tube function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 13years and more than 60 years 2.Discharging ear 3.Eustachian tube block 4.Patient with subtotal or total perforation.
