Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Post Covid Patients 2 Patients with symptoms of Generalised Anxiety Disorder 3 Hypertensive Patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having serious systemic diseases like cardiac, renal or respiratory 2 Patients unsuitable for Shirodhara and Abhyanga 3 Patients taking any other treatment of Generalised Anxiety Disorder
