Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual of 50 years and above age will be included. Individual having complaints of sensory neural deafness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals below 50 years and having conductive deafness Individual of sensory neural hearing loss due to traumatic injury Mentally retarded patients

after treatment of Kapikakachhu Ghana grita there will improvemrnt of hearing loss by 10 to 20 db. on audiogram as well as in vitro study cell line shows regenaretionTimepoint: 90 days study with 6 follow ups (0,15th,30th,45th,60th,75th,90th)

To decrease in symptoms like difficulty in hearing in noisy area, whispering sound, vertigo,tinnitus and control the progression of hearing loss as per increasing age.Timepoint: 90 days study with 6 follow ups (0,15th,30th,45th,60th,75th,90th)
