Intervention1: Postspinal hypotension defined as â?¥ 20% fall in systolic blood pressure: Vasopressor (phenylephrine 50 microgram i.v.) will be administered to treat hypotension

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: women with pre-eclampsia who have a singleton pregnancy and are scheduled for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: known cases of chronic hypertension or other cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, known fetal abnormality, or any contraindication to spinal block.
