Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: All patients of either sex with age >30 years and 1. Did not undergone percutaneous coronary revascularization 2. Did not undergone coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) 3. Are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients who had already undergone percutaneous coronary revascularization or CABG 2. Patients with acute coronary syndrome. 3. Patients with significant left main coronary artery stenosis. 4. Patients with ejection fraction 5. Patients with moderate to severe ischaemic mitral regurgitation. 6. Patients with moderate to severe pulmonary arterial hypertension 7. Patients with structural heart disease 8. Patients with decompensated heart failure 9. Patients with renal impairment 10. Patients with known malignancies 11. Pregnant women 12. Patients already practicing any form of meditation 13. Patients not willing to participate in the study.
