Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between aged between 18 to 30 of all genders, using smartphones, willing to participate in the study. A score of 5 or greater on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals on medications like Benzodiazepines, Sedatives and Hypnotics, that induces sleep Identified, biological cause of sleep problems like restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, periodic limb movement disorder, pregnancy History of an acute injury or illness
