Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preterm singleton neonates with 32+0 weeks to 36+6 weeks who does not breathe or cry at birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonates who does not require resuscitation at birth. 2.Neonates with Antenatally detected major congenital anomalies. 3.Monochorionic multiple births. 4.Fetal hydrops. 5.Rh Isoimmunization. 6.Cord prolapse.
