Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All Health Care workers who will provide COVID care at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, and JIPMER Puducherry and are willing to provide valid informed consent for participation in the trial. Who is willing to provide 1. h/o Vaccination 2. Past h/o covid infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All HCWs who are tested positive at the time of recruitment. 2. Any contraindications for enteral feeding during the proposed study period. 3. Any contraindications for broncho-alveolar lavage. 4. Patients with intestinal diversions and stoma and diagnosed anatomical abnormalities of the G.I. tract like muco-cutaneous fistulae, etc. 5. Patients with hematological malignancies, infected with hemo-parasites or lymphotropic organisms. 6. Patients with chest trauma. 7. Pregnancy.
