Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders between the age group of 40 years -60 years and willing to participate in the study Diagnosed with OA knee within grade I- III according to kellgren & lawrence classification of knee OA. Mild to Moderate difficulty with the activities from the Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects undergone physiotherapy treatment for the same condition in recent 6 months Subjects with history of lower limb fractures and surgery in recent 6 months Diagnosed cases of 20 osteoarthritis Diagnosed with neurological deficit Diagnosed with any mental illness (Dementia, Alzheimerâ??s, Parkinson disease etc.) Diagnosed with Peripheral vascular diseas

1 Hip Knee Ankle Angle using APCES Software application 2 Single leg squat test using Frontal plane projection angle (FPPA) of knee 3 Knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score (KOOS scale)Timepoint: Pre intervention (on day 1) and post intervention ( after 4 weeks)
