Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers from health science universities between the age group of 18-24 years of all genders. 2. Individuals with slow writing speed who has 26 letters per minute according to to1 minute handwriting speed test. 3. Individuals with the tripod grip. 4. Individuals who are voluntarily participating in the study have to understand and write English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of upper limb fractures. 2. Individuals with neck pain along with radiculopathy. 3. Individuals with neurological conditions, fractures, or dysfunction affecting the upper limb. 4. Upper limb tendon injuries. 5. Open wounds of the upper limb. 6. De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis. 7. Any orthopaedic conditions or deformities in the upper limb.
