Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender participants aged between 18- 35 years13 diagnosed with TMJ dysfunction based on TMD/RCD criteria(Axis I).Participants with TMD related pain for the atleast 3 months and score between 3 to 6 on NPRS scale. Participants with forward head posture in association with TMJ dysfunction. (CV angle

Exclusion criteria: Participants presenting with a history of jaw surgery or orthognathic surgery. Participants undergoing other forms of treatment for TMD. (occlusal splints, pharmacological drugs). Participants with neurological or psychiatric disorder. (evaluated by axis II of RCD/TMD). Pregnancy
