Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinically diagnosed with parkinsons patients with hand movement impairment (hoehn yahr scale stage 2 and 3 will be taken) parkinsons patients who reported subjective dexterous difficulties during clinical visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individual with other neurological problems history of musculoskeletal problems recent fractures of upper limb cognitive impairment patients
