Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients maintaining a proper menstrual diary. 2. Patients with heavy menstrual bleeding in the previous 3 consecutive cycles. 3. Patients with a PBAC Score greater than or equal to 150 in the previous cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women. 2. Patients with any structural abnormalities as per USG report. 3. Patients with Hb less than 8g/dL. 4. Known case of DM, HTN and any other bleeding disorders and who are under any other medications. 5. Known case of any ano-rectal disorders.
