Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria of Gridhrasi. 2.Agedbetween 20 -70 years. 3.Subjects fit for Sthanika Swedana Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with evidence of congenital anomalies of spine, spinal tuberculosis & neoplasm, fracture of spine and bones of lower limbs. 2.Subjects with uncontrolled DM, HTN. 3.Subjects with other severe systemic disease. 4.Pregnancy
