Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preterm neonates between 32-37 weeks of gestation admitted in NICU undergoing heel stick procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preterm neonates with major congenital malformation. Preterm neonates who are sick. Preterm neonates who had sedation.

Pain will be assessed as primary outcome on the basis of PIPP scale Pain will be assessed before breastfeeding and after 5 and 10 minutes of heel stick procedure in both control and interventional group.Timepoint: 35 minutes—
