Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletes with a sporting experience of more than or equal to 2 years. 2. Training minimum thrice a week 3. Athletes who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with systemic illness, mental or cognitive impairment, upper limb disability 2. Athletes with shoulder joint pathology 3. History of upper limb surgery
