Inclusion criteria: 1 Known case of Polycystic ovary disease for Group 1 2 Healthy human Volunteers for Group 2 3 Patients willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with Immunocompromised status such as HIV 2 Known case of Polycystic ovary disease with other endocrine disorders
