Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both gender Age >18 years BMI >25 AND >40 Inability to cope with physical activity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 50 years BMI 40 HTN,D.M,PREGNENT AND LACTATING WOMEN SYSTEMIC DISORDERS LIKE CVA,CAD,COPD,CKD,Ca Mentally retarded patients who not able to fullfill inclusive cretaria
