Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase I medical students of the academic year 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 who volunteer to participate in the study by signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who did not attend the necessary number of assessments during the first-year physiology course at the time of intervention.
