Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Restricted passive range of motion Shoulder pain for more than 3 months Patient with adhesive capsulitis abduction test positive and external rotation test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical spine involvement History of trauma or accidental injuries Neurological involvement Abnormality on radiograhic examination History of surgery on particular shoulder
