Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida mothers. Mother of preterm infants born between 28 to 36 weeks of pregnancy. Mothers who can read and write in English or Kannada.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers who experience complications due to obstetric procedures. Mothers diagnosed with psychiatric illness. Mothers with a physical disability. Mothers diagnosed with post-partum depression.
