Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full term Pregnancy ( > 37 weeks of gestation )  Singleton Pregnancy Height : 150 â?? 180 cm  ASA : II and III Elective and Emergency Cesarean Section ( Category 2 / 3 / 4 Caesarean section )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age : 40 years Category 1 Caesarean section Per-term pregnancy ( Prolonged pregnancy ( > 42 weeks of gestation ) Patient refusal Multiple pregnancy Height : 180 cm ASA : IV or more Pre-existing or Pregnancy induced Hypertension or Pre-eclampsia Placenta previa Placental abruption Morbid Obesity ( BMI : > 36 ) Fetal Distress or Fetal abnormalities
