Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Patient having age group 18 -45 years. Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Patients complaining of any two from Vaginal discharge, painful coitus, inguinal pain and backache, painful menstruation, any change in the color of menstrual blood. Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Patient willing to go through trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Acute Appendicitis. Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Acute Salpingitis. Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Pelvic Endometriosis. Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Having prolapsed uterus. Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Other Systemic illness like Bronchial asthma, Tuberculosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, TORCH infection. Ã¢Å¾Â¢ Surgical factors like ovarian tumor, Tubo-ovarian mass, uterine fibroid, cervical polyp etc.
