Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ➢ Patient having age group 18 -45 years. ➢ Patients complaining of any two from Vaginal discharge, painful coitus, inguinal pain and backache, painful menstruation, any change in the color of menstrual blood. ➢ Patient willing to go through trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ➢ Acute Appendicitis. ➢ Acute Salpingitis. ➢ Pelvic Endometriosis. ➢ Having prolapsed uterus. ➢ Other Systemic illness like Bronchial asthma, Tuberculosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, TORCH infection. ➢ Surgical factors like ovarian tumor, Tubo-ovarian mass, uterine fibroid, cervical polyp etc.
