Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III scheduled for neck dissection surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to local anesthetics 2. Infection near the puncture site 3. Known coagulation disorders 4. Chronic pain 5. Chronic opioid usage 6. Any psychiatric or neurological disease 7. BMI more than or equal to 35 8. Diaphragmatic paralysis 9. Severe COPD
