Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A diagnosed case of primary congenital glaucoma according to Childhood Glaucoma Research Network classification. Both eyes cornea clear enough to visualize angle structures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: More than 3 years of age. Any glaucoma other than primary congenital glaucoma according to Childhood Glaucoma Research Network classification. Cornea clarity precluding view of angle structures. Patients who have undergone previous intraocular surgery.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease in intraocular pressure. Decrease in antiglaucoma medications. Axial length stability. Improvement in cornea clarity. Timepoint: 6, 9, 12 month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in visual acuity. Complications of surgery such as hyphaema, hypotony, etc. Secondary interventions. Decrease in corneal thickness. Timepoint: 6, 9, 12 month
