Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Occipitocervical instability with/without basilar invagination (O C1). 2 Only posterior surgery 3 Minimum of 2 years follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients in which enough data canââ?¬•t be retrieved from the medical records in this dura-tion. 2 Lost to follow up 3 Anterior surgery 4 Revision surgery 5 Sublaminar wiring used as construct

MeasureTime frame
Patients who were operated with Occipitocervical fusion using screw rod plate system in crani-ocervical pathologies at our institute will be prospectively evaluated for various clinical and ra-diological parameters, which include but are not limited to their outcomes, complications, etc.Timepoint: At our center, patients are regularly followed up at 6 weeks, 6months and 1 year and 2-year follow-up.For our study, the final follow up will be considered.

Single time analysis of all the patient who underwent Occipitocervical fusion using screw rod plate system in craniocervical pathologies at our institute. Timepoint: 2 years of follow up or any final follow up
