Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade II, III physical status Patients undergoing Lower Segment Caesarean Section surgeries under Sub Arachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal History of allergy to study drugs Local site infection Post spinal surgeries, Spinal Deformities Coagulopathy Dysrhythmia BMI >35 Height Patients already on Magnesium
