Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more then 18-65yrs 2. 1st ever stroke resulted in hemiplegia (more than 3 months) 3. Wrist flexor spasticity according to Brunstrome grade 4. Modified Modified Ashworth scale grade 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having any contraindication to Dry Needling such as bleeding disorders(hemophilia,), hyperalgesia, tumor, lymphoedema 2. Sensory loss in forearm 3. Metal implants in the upper limb(Elbow, Wrist) 4. Needle Phobia
