Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese adult with BMI between 25-29.5 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those needing acute emergency care Moderate to severe mental illness Musculoskeletal disorders and recent fractures Having cardiovascular, respiratory, autonomic, neurological disorders Smokers and chronic alcoholics. Taking any vasoactive medications or medications for controlling cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors, or affecting vascular tone or endothelial functions.
