Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 healthy non-smoking men and women (1:1) aged 20-30 years will be recruited for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with diabetes, malabsorption, cancer, any chronic diseases. Participants with smoking and drinking habits will be excluded.
